What best describes this incident ?: My mates car got stolen, they drove off and came back, we ended up getting vdm'd

Please (in detail) describe the incident: We came to the police station to pay our tickets but my mates car got stolen, the people drove off and then about 5 minutes later they came back, my mate has ran to his car and locked 2 of them in, the other 2 were on foot and we had a little fight, the driver of my mates car decided to drive into us and kill us, he then drove away and came back 2 minutes later and drove straight into my mate who was stood still. I'm getting tired of this, its bad enough with the amount of nvl ive experienced today and i dont want to be making these reports on them but its the only way they'll stop because they think they can just drive into you to kill you.

As stated in the reporting guidelines, we require 3-5 minutes of footage before the initial rule break occurs.

I don't, my medal only clips 2 minutes, I can change it but I don't see any need. The first clip was trimmed a bit as nothing really happened before hand until they pulled back up and my mate locked the car. Don't know why you'd need a 3-5 minute clip when in the 2 i've provided is just blatent vdm.

Because you yourself have admitted to something going on in regards to this situation around 5 minutes prior, so seeing why we'd want the full context of the situation is fairly easy. It's also important to note VDM isn't a rule break and is allowed.

Either way, in regards to the RVDM, you ran up and punched an individual with knuckle dusters, and so his friends in the vehicle ran you over in an attempt to stop you downing the individual, and downed you.

Because of you punching and trying to down someone and the other people acting in defence of the individual, this is not RVDM but a justified use of a vehicle as weapon.

We have no further context to go off, and will therefore only be taking purely what can be seen in the video.
