Please (in detail) describe the incident: As it is known in the server, there is a on going war between the two gang groups Aztecas and Ballas.
Last night Ballas and Aztecas were fighting nearby civillian impound.
In the clip i provide you can see that i have been shot and downed by an Azteca, when player 985 decides to pull up whilst a gunfight is still on going and scoops up my body. At first i am confused as there is set war term between Ballas and Aztecas where we're suppose to be in colors at all times when fighting and taking each other to dodgy doctors. I then ask who the person is and he tells me that i am being taken to dodgy for "g-checking" him and his friends on "Coalition Hill".
Even though this is true, Ballas are extremely suspicious because his friend didn't have a microphone on the hill, where Aztecas may have been trying to evade us. After removing his mask, we decided it wasn't an Azteca, so we decided to eventually leave him. He determined that this was enough RP to enter a shooting that was already underway, scoop my body, and then take my gun away from me at the dodgy doctor.
As I called him out in OOC, which thankfully he eventually responded to, we had agreed to talk about this in discord. Although he thought there wasn't any gunshots nearby to us, he said that my acts on the hill were sufficient RP for him to come and get me in the middle of a gunfight.
I will provide a clip showing him taking me away from the ongoing situation:
