Please (in detail) describe the incident: After a dispute at Vagos turf Grove downed 981 and left him there for dead realizing he has a gun on him me and a few other vagos members put him the the boot and took him to the dodgy doctor to get the gun after multiple attempts asking him to drop it he intially started dropping his stuff but when it came to the gun (the main reason we took him dodgy) he did not drop it and proceeded to stall by dropping his money one by one and after not doing what we said he walked away after being told to stand still whilst having multiple weapons (two melees and a gun) pointed at him ones stood still we kept on asking him to drop the gun but he still didn't comply which we had no choice but to end the roleplaying scenario after this we made multiple attempts to get him into QE via ooc and looc we then waited sat in the channel for approx 20 mins and he did not join to resolve the issue hence why this report is going up

Would just like to comment on this as I was following your commands in my eyes you weren't being specific enough and you kept changing your mind and telling me to do multiple different things at once. In regards to discord I had to wait a while as I was still in an RP situation before I could join but at that point you weren't in discord anymore. 

 
@Josh DeontayHow weren't they being specific enough with their demands?

What was the multiple different things they told you to do?

I was told multiple times to drop all of my things so I was, I was told to move around so I did, I was told not to do as he says I was, then told to do as he says. I followed his commands and then they decided to kill me.

I guess the answer to that question depends on what point of view you look at it from as I don't feel like I did anything wrong yes I may have milked it a little bit but i've seen others do a lot worse when it comes to dropping items, Also i'm sure the guy who threw the report up feels he wasn't in the wrong either. 

 
Hello all,

In regards the orders I was giving I clearly said 'stop what I tell you to do ..... Now drop the pistol' ones said you comply to the 'Don't walk away' command but still didn't comply with the first one

I then asked again to 'drop the pistol' but ones again you didn't for some reason you dropped one pistol bullet and then after £1

I have reviewed what both parties had to say and the footage provided,

Its clear in the footage that the players demands towards @Josh Deontaywas very simple "stop what your doing and Drop the weapon", I don't think it can get much simpler then that. Instead of dropping the weapon you lie to them stating that you dropped it already, which we know is not true as you attempted to hide the weapon at the bottom of your inventory. They stated multiple times to you to drop the weapon and that they don't care about the other items on you.

I understand they might of told you drop everything but when they noticed you dropping everything one by one they are starting to get fed up and specifically told you to drop the one Item they wanted multiple times. To me looking at this I think that you wanted to come out with some kind of "win" in this situation and the only way by doing this was to not drop the weapon they wanted.

@Josh DeontayFrom what I gathered is that your not taking responsibility that you are clearly in the wrong, but instead making excuses by saying their demands were not clear enough, which I argue that their demands were very clear and you just didn't want them to "win" from this.

I don't see that you are here for the right reasons as this is a roleplay server and I don't see really any RP from you in this situation, I only really see is you not valuing your life and borderline trolling.

@Josh DeontayIts evident that you didn't value your life in this situation as you didn't comply with their demands by lying to them about dropping the weapon and hiding it at the bottom of your inventory, I can also clearly see that you still had it on you when they killed you.

Due to you still having conditions from your unban appeal "Any bans within a 6 month period will be a permanent one, don't let us see you back here.", this ultimately means that you are sill within those conditions until (24/02/24).
