What best describes this incident ?: Metagaming / Combat logging
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I am not looking necessarily to be compensated / refunded, I was scammed as a guy was saying he had a cheap house for sale on Tweedle, I am still relatively new to how this city works. The scam while annoying is not the issue here. I believe that the scammer was metagaming and combat logging. This is because while standing outside of the house I heard something like some background noise or headset feedback and there was clearly a voice saying "Mate I'm coming" which was clearly not from the person in front of me. A few moments later I and the scammer were ran over by another person which I believe was in contact with the scammer through third party software, I survived but the scammer was knocked down. I moved around and looked around and seen that the guy poofed while the car that initially ran us over came back it did not stop and I do not believe that it would have been possible for him to be picked up in the time my back was turned. I called my gang over and we waited by where he poofed for about 10 minutes to try and resolve the issue with the initial scammer as we could not find the person that ran us over but he didn't show up and also did not respond to me speaking to him on the ground and therefore could not resolve the issue.
