Please (in detail) describe the incident: A few of us were on a Heski lash night or in other words out to rob people as a laugh. Whilst doing so we heard that there was an NSC member at the taxi rank, with us knowing that they often carry guns it seemed like a target for us. As I pulled up behind the one singular individual who was running away I changed my output volume so that he could hear me. I had told him to raise his hands up in the air and stop where he was. Unfortunately my clip doesn’t provide the audio of myself however I had told him that there was a gun pointed at him. So the NSC member was more than aware of the situation he was involved in, out of nowhere the person pulled out a Sawn off Shotgun and proceeded to shoot me in the back as I went to drive off. For me this is a clear breach of NVL as he was in a situation in which a pistol was pointed at the back of his head and failed to comply with what was demanded of him. I took the Individual to discord however he failed to see that any rules were broken (NVL). Wanted a staffs input on the situation as it was cut short by the person rolling and pulling out a shotgun before shooting me off the bike.

I am 950.

Firstly I am going to comment on your clip length, it does not show the entire scenario (3-5 minutes) from when it started when I decided to run from you at taxi rank. Secondly, your clip does not have your mic audio which pretty much proves nothing and I did not recieve clear demands. Thirdly, this issue was taken straight to the discord after the situation and we liased over it to which we came to a mutual agreement.

About the situation:

As soon as I see this fella slowly creeps towards me, heading from the taxi rank, I start to run away. I instantly start communicating with people on my frequency to tell them I am in danger (Clip did not show this). After running around the corner away from Taxi Rank I look behind me to see it was just himself and I (No gun in hand at this point) and I communicate to people on radio where I am and what is happening. When he finally whips out his pistol, I do not initially see it. I find myself in a 1 on 1 standoff. With people aware of my whereabouts and situation I felt like my best chance of survival, even if injured and found by my colleagues was to fight back. I chose this path and won the fight obliterating him with my shotgun and unfortunately multiple other parties arrive from around the corner and start gunning me down.
