What best describes this incident: (C2.2) Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: A situation occurred by Casino with me and 2 others having a gunfight with Marabunta. It started by one of the champion's trying to run me over so I downed him and another and decided to get back into my car to chase the black Hellion which had Sky and I believe James in, both from Mara. I try to take out the tyres which I was unable to do so as first person shooting restricts u from aiming too far down, the Hellion crashes into a wall and I hit the back to spin it around and then reversed to get a clean shot to which I die almost instantly. Just before the Hellion makes contact with the wall it can be seen that Sky is abusing an exploit by being in 3rd person shooting backwards at me while in the vehicle. Pictures and clip show clearly that the muzzle flash is coming from the Hellion and multiple bullet tracers seen hitting my car. This appears to me the whole the time while Sky was shooting she was in 3rd person and had the chance to take herself out of it before downing me but she decided to take shots which would be impossible to do using 1st person (seen at 12-13 secs in medal clip.) I reviewed the footage straight away and then contacted Sky via OOC to which she said she had the last 5 mins clipped. At that point it was about 8 mins ago I believe, meaning she didn't have the POV to show. I did not ask to go liaison as all that really mattered was to see the POV and I believe no matter what we would have spoke about it is still a clear and obvious rulebreak. To avoid any confusion with "revenge reporting" I uploaded the medal clip 18 hours ago so it was ready to go I just didn't have the time to file the report yesterday and have only just got round to doing so today. Lastly I would like to thank the staff member(s) for taking the time on this report.

Hi Mazza,

I hope you are well.

The report seems very vengeful with the timing as Mara has just put up their report.

Putting that aside and addressing this report. My clips only record the last 5 minutes unfortunately due to it having a risk of it not working if I set it any longer. I have the 5 minutes before you @ me in OOC but unfortunately the gunfight was over from the 5 minutes it started clipping. Nonetheless I have provided those 5 minutes and at 26 seconds you can see me aiming my gun while in the driver's seat to avoid any risk of 3rd person shooting as I am aware of the bug and do not want to risk breaking the rules. This is a practice I always follow when intending to enter a gunfight in a car.

You can see I am shooting SMG bullets that have a rapid fire rate and bullets are being sprayed from the car but when the car turns the shooting stops which would not be possible if I was shooting in 3rd person. The screenshots you have provided unfortunately prove nothing as bullet trajectory is client sided and what you saw is probably due to desync.

Hi Sky,

All is good, I'm going to keep this brief as possible.

As I said in the original post my clip was posted last night, I wouldn't have posted it if I had no intention to report. Also this particular situation has nothing to do with the other report and is a different situation which occurred before the grand senora shootout. Let's not play the game of my report was posted first so the other must be a revenge report, I feel a rule has been broken so I've brought it to the forums as I should.

I cannot comment on you only using 5 minute clips, I use 20 minute clips and have never had a problem but if that's the case so be it. I see at 26 seconds you aim your gun in, this could easily have been for you just to check whether the gun was in your hand or not, again I cannot comment on that but it doesn't show much just the fact that you aimed your gun in.

I'm not sure how SMG's having a rapid fire rate changes anything here, you say that when the car turns it stops you from shooting but you shouldn't of been able to shoot in the first place as the angle I had you at wouldn't have allowed you to do so in first person. As well as that you could of easily recognised you needed to stop shooting so stopped it manually. I also noticed that when I span the Hellion round it would be quite a readjust from inside the vehicle as you wouldn't of known where my car was or what angle I was at and when the Hellion does spin around you are aiming the whole time.

I'm happy to respond when needed but I feel there is not much else to say and I will leave this for Staff to respond now.

Hi Mazza,

Glad you’re good chicken.

The reason why I say it seems very revenge-like is because as you’ve said yourself you had the clip but yet you didn’t put up this report until after you had seen the Mara report had been put up which was just before the 24 hour mark from when the incident occurred.

In response to the accusations, there will always be a counter to everything everyone says in a report but at the end of the day I am saying it how it was on my end. After I had immediately pressed my clipping button I had put in /LOOC to James who was the other individual in the car about the fact you wanted a clip hoping he would have something but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I did my very best to provide evidence to what I feel like is an absurd accusation but there is not much I could/can do.

I will also now leave it to staff to make their decision.

Hello @Mazza - thank you for taking the time to make this report. And thank you @Sky Fishman for your replies.

I'll be declining this report, as the evidence provided doesn't actually prove that 3rd person shooting has occurred. Indirect bits of evidence such as bullet tracers and muzzle flashes don't prove anything, as they are client sided (desync, network issues withstanding...). Same goes for the session ID of the person you believe shot you, as they are separate from the main clip you've sent, there's no proof/linking between the two.

Over the last week or so, staff have began to crack down on third person shooting from vehicles, and from our side, the person who actually shot you has not been flagged for any incidents. If this person did shoot you from third person in this scenario, then we'd be aware of it.
