Please (in detail) describe the incident: Firearms responded to panic buttons and radio calls from officers being shot at by cutlass, I arrive on scene and see a jester ramming Police and gunshots coming from the general direction the vehicle, someone then called out on radio that jester has been shooting police. The jester fled towards cutlass turf but broke down where 3 Police vehicles hard-stopped it, the driver got out and whilst surrounded by 6+ armed police proceeded to not comply with our demands to put in hands in the air and then proceeded to pull out a pistol and attempt to shoot us.

I've included a clip where you can see more of the situation. I already believed that this was a life-or-death moment because the police had previously fired at me. When I was shot at again while I had my gun ready to run, I decided to use it. Looking back, I should have put my hands up and hoped the police wouldn't shoot me again. In hindsight, I was outnumbered, outgunned so this wasn't the wisest course of action.

As I said in liaison apologise and I will improve on my Roleplay if anything like this were to occur again.

Okay, just needed to look into something, but now let's get back to the main topic of the report.

So to be honest this would be a clear cut case of NVL but there is one thing that is out of the ordinary that i noticed first, you shooting at Paul. This could have easily been used as the reason for him shooting, if he was going to get shot anyway, why not go down fighting, but then i noticed another thing, thanks to our great devs you can see that the pistol lights up in blue on his inventory tool bar, this shows that the intention to pull out a gun was there way before shots were fired. As such i will go back to this being a case of NVL, when surrounded by so many people with guns, even being knocked down by a car, there was no way to get out of this by shooting. Please remember in situations like this that frags are not the most important thing on the server, roleplay is.
