Please (in detail) describe the incident: Guy repeatedly coming back to turf to troll even after being killed and removed from scene mutliple times. Apparently is being sent by god to troll and "watch us and our time is coming". Then goes on to talk ooc within city about servers resetting to get bike back, timers on his life and also coming back to fight after respawn. GGuy cleary does not value lifes as this has happened mulitple times tonight.

- You've stated the player has broken rule G2.4 (Value of Life) on multiple occasions, do you have evidence to support this also?
If not, I can only proceed with the evidence that is available.

Sadly, there is no evidence included that shows the downed player's Session ID.
Now, I have a hunch who the player in question is - Without sufficient evidence or details in the report, I cannot proceed with this.

- Who was the person that downed the person being reported?

Unfortunately, your report does not meet the criteria due to the following:
