Please (in detail) describe the incident: So the plan was for me and john to attempt a pharmacy robbery.. after waiting at pillbox for an unsuspecting victim.. we help a guy in cuffs to escape the area, we take him hostage and proceed to the pharmacy.. after parking up and preparing ourselves 921 approaches the scene and asks for a bandage. after i pull my knife on him in attempt to take him hostage.. i repeatedly said "hands up" to which he was just staring at me.. eventually he pulls his knife and proceeds to stab me, i tried to attack back and unfortunately due to city issues i end up stabbing my friend.. he ultimalty wins the knife fight and proceeded to dump us.. not only did this complelty destroy our motivation, its made a complete mockery of our planning and preparation.. the car we were using was a high end stolen car that took us time and effort to source, we both also ended up dead from the scenario which is completely unfair. after speaking in discord he believes he didn't breach the nvl rule as he said" i wasn't outnumbered". regardless of his belief he had a knife raised to him leaving him in a clear disadvantage, (G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.

Now, at the time of you holding your blade to this throat and demanding he puts his hands up, the reported player is at a clear disadvantage.
To then decide he's going to pull his own knife out and begin attacking doesn't make much sense.

I would however like to remind you that Liaisons take place AFTER a situation, not during.
