Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was arrested by ID 914 and taken down to cells. I continued to whistle at him to which he didn't like, so he locked me in the interrogation room. After being there for roughly around 10 mins. He came back as i was shouting. He came back and told me told shut up and made numerous mum jokes before and after I told him in game that my mother was dead (C1.2?). He then proceeds to drag me through the door. In the clip, you can see he doesn't make an attempt to unlock it. After the first time, he proceeds to do it again clearly making no attempt to unlock it. Furthermore, i ended up being locked in the evidence room. After, I told him about this in OOC.He threatened to report me back. Staff member (Stuart) was witness to this and called him out for it in OOC.

Apologies for the delay, and thank you for waiting, work has been crazy busy.

First of all lets address the c1.2 comment..

This was done within RP, i didnt hear you say anything about her being dead (still in RP) if this was a genuine issue for you then you should have reached out in OOC and said something and i would have stopped but as far as i was to know everything is within RP. If this is a touchy subject for you, a simple /me or OOC message would have put a stop to it

I have had a look for my body cam of this situation however i use geforce and we all know how crap it is so unfortunatly i do not have body cam footage of this situation.

the interview room door was open for me about a quater of the way outwards into the hall hense why i grabbed you (this is also the reason im stood on the right hand side of the door where the doorhandle is to block the gap), i stated this when you mentioned it in the clip. The reason you was put in there was becouse you was being annoying constantly spam whistling so you was moved to the interview room, you was then moved again due to you shouting constantly and nobody could hear anything in the cells.

My mistake yes i should have opened the evidance room door to put you in however you repeatedly kept walking out of your cell when released and the same with the interview room

With regaurds to the calling out in OOC i cannot comment as im unsure of this as its been awhile.

No attempt was made to speak to me via ts or discord regaurding any of these issues you had.

No this is not something i just do at all this is the first time this has happened.

YOu have to look at it in a way of chances. There was several times that he walked out of his cell when being placed in it, at this point it just becomes unrealistic and some what down the trolling line, it becomes a annoyance to us and just ruines the experience along side the spam whistling and constant shouting.

There is limited things that we can do in such a situation, we cant taser them as this would be excesive force and we have no way of keeping them their long enought for them not to do it. Lets be real - you get put into police custody IRL your not going to walk out several times and if you did, youd be pinned to the floor to allow time for people to get out of the cell and close the door.

I understand someone not cooperating but there is not cooperating and just being a troll.

Well, after giving this some thought I am ready to make a decision on this report.

I would like to firstly thank @odeaseyfor making this report and their patients whilst the report was being dealt with.

@Dj KendallYou broke a rule. In this situation regardless of the other player’s [SIZE=11pt]behaviour [/SIZE]on the server and their RP whilst in custody, this does not give you an excuse to exploit the game’s functionalities to escort a player through a locked door and leave them on the other side.

If you believe someone is breaking a rule or providing poor RP in custody, you should use the correct methods to resolve the issue. You could have easily use OOC to ask the player to stop or to ask staff to watch the player. Staff will not usually respond to let you know they are watching as this would make the player change what they are doing as they know staff are spectating.

You could even report the player for trolling if you are serious about your claims. You should never break a rule to counter another player breaking a rule. I would hope that you learnt from the last time you took it upon yourself to punish people you thought broke rules on the server.

Action Taken

@Dj Kendallwill be [SIZE=11pt]receiving [/SIZE]a permemnant ban for exploiting. This can be appealed whenever he would like.
