Please (in detail) describe the incident: for context I first encountered this player outside pillbox got into an altercation resulting in him being stabbed and hospitalised then he had his friend in the red coat threaten me from his bedside to wait outside, I waited proceeded to stab him again then he cried that I had stabbed a random for no reason (basically trying to make me think id just broke a serious rule), me believing this was true I took him to hospital and paid him 20k to resolve the issue, thinking i had jus done rdm i wanted to resolve the issue as smoothly as possibly but he tricked me,.

after an hour or so i then ran into them both again in a heli i jumped in not remembering it was them until it was too high to jump out the following happened. I feel this is nvl as the player flying was more than happy to ocean dump me him and his friend but when the heli broke instead to trying to land it he proceeding to fly into a building saying `looks like were all good die fuck you` then tried to go to ooc and the player went on to name call in ooc. over all completely unclassy player than wasn't bothered by their action in game or ooc,

@Aryell4Just to confirm, do you feel this is an NVL rule break as the helicopter engine has broken and the pilot has then crashed admitting that everyone on board is going to die?

A suitable time has been given to respond. The report has been made for a breach of NVL, the report player has flown a helicopter and in doing so the engine has become damaged leaving the helicopter plummeting into the city. The pilot has then announced that everyone on board is dead, there is no requirement for the pilot to attempt to land this, it is their decision as to what to do with it. He has accepted his fate and paid the price for it this is not the player failing to value their lives.
