What best describes this incident ?: Taxi Driver Blatantly Combat Logged twice

Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were hunting for taxi drivers and we ran into one , in then which we followed him into a parking lot ,then we told him to put his hands up and he combat logged - we were unable to grab his id so we waited for him to return about 8 minutes later we see him come back and attempt to run . Upon him Seeing us again he immediately combat logs once again.

Hello @H4MZ4thanks for the report.

Having watched the evidence and checked the logs its clear that he has just disconnected both times to avoid getting robbed.
He will be receiving a ban for combat logging.
