Please (in detail) describe the incident: I tackled him and pulled a knife to his neck, he decided to run instead of value his life then shot all 3 of us just because he didnt want to loose his gun. this has ruined my rp as I got a good opportunity to get a gun from this victim. not sure if u class him killing the other 2 without saying anything as G1.2 that's up to you. went into dc and he was super immature.

I am a bit confused how you could possibly tackle while pulling out a knife while also screaming out of character stuff which really ruined my roleplay. the second I saw the knife i ran and once I was over the wall i pulled out my weapon and you guys all died, I can't help that. You'd tackled me (RDM) without saying anything or initiating any good roleplay then started shouting ruleplay. 

I won't be replying any further. Any staff decision is fine with me.

Hi @Kev Karma, thank you for making this report!

I've had a look into the evidence provided by you very carefully and have managed to pick out the following; 

@assgogglesYou were at a clear disadvantage by the Police car, Kev had you at knifepoint with a machete and was instructing you to put your hands up. If I were being held at knifepoint with a machete, I would be doing as instructed to potentially save my life. Your decision made in running away from Kev is a breach of G2.4.

@Kev KarmaThroughout this situation, you followed Joe shouting towards him with the following... "Value your life" multiple times, "Can't do that mate" multiple times & "You're fucked mate"
What you were doing there is rule playing during that situation and I'm sure you would know this. Even if someone else has potentially broken a rule, you must remain in character yourself as you are not excused. 

Due to all of the points made above, I will be acting on this report today with the following:
