Please (in detail) describe the incident: Cutlass decided to stab me outside Auto Exotic because I "owed" them £10,000, upon being revived by NHS, a restart occurred, after restart I was scouting the location of Cutlass in order to retaliate which I spotted two of them outside of their Arcade.

I rode past and decided I was going to engage, therefore I decided to pull up and pull out my SIG MCX, which I ultimately lost. I pulled my SIG and while doing so, ordered both of the members of Cutlass to put their hands in the air, neither of them did so. One ran inside and pulled a shotgun upon running straight back outside. The other hesitated and then attempted to run inside.

Why do I feel this is a rule break?

The rules quite clearly state: (G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.

Although I was alone, there were only two members of Cutlass outside of the Arcade, I pulled a fully automatic rifle and told them to put their hands up, regardless of if the gun was physically pointed at their head or not, they were quite clearly at an "obvious disadvantage". With two unarmed people and One person with a fully automatic gun, I think it's quite clear who holds the upper hand, regardless of how it's aimed, held, or not. I had it out and that's my advantage.
 

I also feel like the Hostage RP was relatively, lackluster, I was killed, put in a car without being spoken to all the way up to Dodgy Doctor, told to put my hands up upon being revived, put back in another car to which no words were said along the trip, to a shipping port. At the shipping some "effort" was made, they forced me to drop the gun, they tried to ask me questions but clearly had no intention of actually listening, and then proceeded to then bat me across the head and dump me. I feel the RP could have had much more potential, however, I feel as soon as they killed me, they saw the gun and got excited, therefore only wanting to take me hostage for the gun.

In order to provide Roleplay context [CLIP-1] for why this circumstance occurred after Titus had taken money from me at an event to park my car and consquently destroyed it. A terrific line of roleplay for us to pursue, but very insulting IC.

I let the Cutlass members know who he was after recognising him at AE.
He "dared" one of us to stab him, as seen in the [CLIP-2], and we complied with his request.
Around 19:58, he was stabbed and dropped, but managed to be revived suprisingly fast before the reset hit.

As seen in the clip he provided he knows there is a lot of us and he is greatly outnumbered. He chooses to ignore those facts and attack us at the Arcade on his own despite being stabbed only minutes earlier.

Titus messaged me on Discord, and before he even attempted to remedy the issue, he just wanted to report.

I couldn't help but notice he posted this OOC during his clip, unfair and unwarranted in his own words, we are "Retards."

Regarding [ID:16 - CLIP-3] NVL assertion.
You can see that Titus calls out "Hands" before even drawing his firearm.
The Cutlass gunman [ID:16] was able to come into safety and exchange shots because he was only a step from the entrance.
Titus wasn't displaying any signs of injury, and I think he arrived too soon.

(G4.5) When you have been revived:
Due to your injuries, you must not enter any combat situation until at least 15 minutes have passed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat, in which case you must still roleplay your injuries.

To add further context to this, he entered the "Singh Motel" as a part of an event, of which he paid £10,000 as a Parking Fee, he attempted to kill someone during this event and was subsequently kicked out of the event for causing trouble, I attempted to move his vehicle off of the property due to him being kicked out and also kidnapped, therefore unable to do it on his own. 

You decided to take offense to this, still holding onto it nearly two weeks later as motivation to do what you did.

I came up to you and the rest of Cutlass, to which you mentioned the situation, you seemed to feel disrespected over the incident, of which none was meant. Your friend, whomst I have never met, decided to square up to me and try to act "big". He pulled a knife, in Infront of around 8 individuals in a very public area, I dared him to do it out of the stupidity of him pulling a knife in broad daylight in front of so many people, almost hoping he would realize what he was doing, which I feel he did, therefore putting his knife away, until being peer pressured by yourself into stabbing me. 

As seen in the clip he provided he knows there is a lot of us and he is greatly outnumbered. He chooses to ignore those facts and attack us at the Arcade on his own despite being stabbed only minutes earlier.

I was greatly outnumbered at Auto Exotic, however I was not "greatly outnumbered" at the time, there were two vehicles visible upon me driving past with two people outside. I would not consider two people who are seemingly unarmed to be "greatly outnumbering" me, who is fully armed as a solo individual. If I wanted to ignore the fact I was outnumbered, I would have sprayed you all down outside AE.

This is incorrect, I actually put a message in OOC regarding speaking to your group upon the situation resolving, I also spoke to you and your friend in the Discord VCs in an attempt to resolve the situation, however, our opinions stayed divided.

I think looking at my discord for the milliseconds it is open is awfully odd, regardless, this is an 18+ Server, I have heard the word "Retard" on an almost daily basis, and it is not, to my knowledge, bannable.

I've already covered this in my original post, I think it's absurd that you're ignoring the point that the weapon was fully visible, even if we factor out the fully automatic factor, or it being an entire Assault Rifle, I will still hold an advantage over both individuals, they have been placed into an unfavorable and disadvantaged position, my firearm is visible, there's is quite clearly not. But they still decided to run and pull a firearm. 

You're also right, I wasn't displaying any signs of injury, I am unsure if you noticed, but there is quite clearly an Ambulance around 5 meters (if that) from the place of where I was originally stabbed, given the fact I was brought immediately to a medic who was in Auto Exotic, I was able to receive the appropriate treatment for the injury received. 
Due to the video already being published, it is no longer on my files therefore I cannot give you the exact time it was clipped, however,  Although only on the video for a frame, like the other discord messages you wanted to pull out, here is another from my original video. This shows that I received a message in a server at 20:14, not to only mentioned I checked this a while later after it was sent, therefore I am more than confident it was OVER 15 minutes. 


I feel like having an unnecessary back-and-forth is useless, at the end of the day, neither of us are staff. I feel it's best we allow the staff to make their decision based on the points we have covered thus far. I currently have no more plans to reply unless someone brings up something that is yet to be mentioned or if staff requests it.

You manage to revive, then mount a bike while carrying a large assault rifle. In less than 15 minutes after getting stabbed, ride to a place where you are aware that 10+ gang members reside. Before drawing your rifle, shout "put your fucking hands up" from a building's distance. We definitely can and want to always improve our Roleplay, so as the saying goes "people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones".

I agree that this is an 18+ server, so calling people names OOC to me is immature and demonstrates that your motivation for making this report was not to improve the community or roleplay, but rather to vent your anger, much like your behaviour IC.

There's no justification for any rules that the staff believes to be broken in this situation, but I do hope that your actions are taken into account.
