Please (in detail) describe the incident: I would like to start this by saying that we attempted to ask Kilo to come to QE after this situation however he did not respond or come to QE.

Me and some friends were out on the rob and attempted to take someone hostage to hopefully do something funny and enjoyable. This is where we came across Kilo and at first when we pulled up and put guns to him he took his chance and shot one of us and then was shot down by someone else. We decided to take him up to a dodgy doctor where we tried to provide him with some medical RP by using /me however he did not respond back. He was then revived by the defib and had 3 guns to him. He then decided to pull his gun out and shoot one of us and again was shot with clear disregard to value his life. After this we tried to dodgy him again however he died.

hello mate.

i had one bloke on my right rolling around like i was the final boss on dark souls. we all know when you roll in a confined space like that, the only result is falling flat on your face. i had another inspecting my twinkle toes and the last member of hustecas was quickly disposed of by the trained marksman big kilo. there were no clear demands and so i seized the opportunity of the 1v2 (one looking at my fresh kicks) and used the time frame that i was given to take my chances.

sorry mate, i don't have my pov anymore as i'm low on disk space and the report was made after 24 hours so i deleted it as i didn't think it would be needed.

Hello @Isak, I've been working some long, late shifts so was unable to do so and this would be backed up by Forum/Server lists showing I wasn't logged in at all on the 18th other than the early hours when this happened. Also seeing as we asked to QE and it being a clear rulebreak I would think clips proving your innocence would be kept just incase.

Not sure why Kilo's POV would matter as you see here it's pretty clear he's fully surrounded and seeing as he took his chance and didn't come out alive, his life has not been valued no? As well as the fact he moved his character into place and had a good amount of time to check his surroundings.

G2.4 (Value of Life) - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.

there's one member of hustecas practicing for his local breakdancing competition before he spots a bit of yellow snow and fancies a scran, another which is swiftly sent to the shadow realm by taking advantage of this fact with the quickdraw of a cowboy from the wild west which leaves a 1v1 situation with young mazza who is inspecting the artwork on my character's knees.

taking a chance isn't based on whether you're successful otherwise it wouldn't be called taking a chance.

Looking at the evidence provided, this does not add up at all. In the clip, you can clearly see the person roll at the exact same time as your pistol pullout animation starts. So unless you have some super-human reaction times, I don't believe you spotted that roll prior to taking action with pulling your gun out and shooting.

From what is shown, you were clearly outnumbered, injured and in a situation where you should have valued your life. It looks like you were trying to get a win, instead of roleplaying it out.
