Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and the boys got a call on radio from kev about a white clio following him around city possibly trying to rob him. we find the car have a chat with the lads about them chasing a taxi and they claim it was fun to scare taxi drivers. He was told to get out the car with his hands up but for some reason does not value his life, his two other mates then decide to also not value there lives. i was unable to get the guy in the hospital outfit ID.
