What best describes this incident: RDM and Poor Rp
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was roleplaying the city as my Spice head Simon character which he is notorious of being a wind up merchant of always being a typical Charva.
Anyways Spice head Simon was out down at sanitation trying to grab lasses numbers, one girl proceeded to call her in game fiancé down there. I confronted the fiancé, we had a little back and forth he then proceeded to pull out a SMG and told me to put my hands up, which in the clip you can see I proceed to do. I did comply within I felt a decent time frame yet even having my hands up he still proceeded to kill me. Just because a character winds you up doesn't necessitate going straight to the rdm mentality. After this I asked the individual to QE were he was quite rude (I also have this clipped if needed) and said if I had a problem to take it too forums and was not wanting to resolve anything. They continued this rp by basically just dumping me in a cabin, not giving me any medical rp. Now I know I don't hold the best rper award but I still try my best to deliver.

Hello Ivan, as I said in QE I had you at gunpoint, you proceeded to run away with your hands up so you were shot - not to mention we both killed you off 2 weeks ago for EXACTLY the same RP scenario which I should have footage of somewhere for staff if they need it.

I appreciate the time you've taken in this report and understand why you didnt like being shot, but the blatant NLR and possibly also NVL from yourself says a lot. I'm sure both bongo and amber will likely have exactly the same points as myself to make. I cant help but feel you're here on the forums every time a scenario doesn't go your way.

I would have liked to have spent longer with you initially but you ran away so you cut that short when I had to shoot you. As any logically thinking person would have done, as I didn't know if you had friends in the area or if you were going to pull anything out on us.

Incredibly busy atm barely get time to fly in let alone soothe peoples feelings on the forums so il only be replying if directly contacted by staff.

I don't want to make this a back and forth. To comment on the points you have made, It is a natural reaction to back up when someone pulls a gun on you, in the clip you can see I clearly back up and put my hands up, even after this with me putting my hands up you still proceeded to shoot and kill me which just shows a clear rdm mentality instead of wanting to roleplay the scenario out, you may as well of counted down 1-5 and shot me and then no medical rp leading to a dumping. Now to comment on the NLR scenario because you killed me off 3 weeks ago, if I'm completely honest I didn't even remember it was you until you brought it up in QE, I feel the clip still shows its a new scenario. You make the comment you would of liked to spend more time with me yet all you did after was say get rid of me and provided no medical rp then dumping in a cabin. You say I run to the forums whenever a scenario doesn't go my way yet I have only ever put in two reports since my stay here on RPUK which is roughly 6-7 months now, if I'm on the forums its only when i feel a rule has been broken. You make the comment that your incredibly busy atm and don't want to soothe peoples feelings on the forums yet your the one in QE that tells me to take it too the forums saying I'll get nowhere.

All that I would of liked from this is more rp were it could of been enjoyable for both sides, I don't mind getting getting killed or dumped but at least make it enjoyable.

So to my understanding, Since I did not shoot, I'm being reported for "Bad RP" which, honestly I feel there's no real need to comment on but will for the ease of those reading.
I have provided bad RP in the past and have provided amazing RP in the past. This was neither, we had a single conversation where I tried to angle you away from another mans wife as I could very clearly tell you were trying to get under people skin.

The incident unfolded where you were originally told that she was married, to which you continued, then her husband showed up and you were told to "fuck off", but still proceeded with the comments. Yes you put your hands up but you also just start running at me and you can even see in the clip, I react to this by pulling my gun out as even from my POV it looked like you were just going to run off with your hands up or start attacking me for calling him in the first place.

Whether this is NVL or a breach of NLR isn't my call to make but after being dumped last time you made those same comments to his wife so surely you'd have expected such a reaction, no?
I understand your character not understanding the reaction this would cause, as he was dumped. But you knew this was the reaction you'd get.

You said your character is a "wind up merchant", considering your objective was to annoy or anger the people involved how are you actually surprised you got shot?

More often than not your character is just dismissed as an idiot or just a wind up as you say and is primarily left to say anything without consequence and being so used to that I understand why being shot was so surprising to you but I feel like this report is baseless. also thought it was cleared up considering all of the problems you have raised in this report you also made sure to kick off at us about in-game whilst you were down. and it wasn't until you joined discord and began writing a report that my ears were actually given a break.
