Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my friend was looking for a hostage then we drive close to noble store because we wanted to rob that store then we drive next to MRPD when we saw ID 869 driving his car we stopped him and started a conversation and the plan was to take him as a hostage then he start repairing his car and i went close to him and i used my knife and told him to put his hands up and i was really close to him but he get in his car. Then we kept RP the situation going he was after us we tried to run away then we went to pillbox and someone carried me to put me in bed and he broke rule ( 2.3 ) When he said where is your friend did she combat log.

Hi @Rob White, thank you for your time in making this report!

After looking into your footage provided, I can see this is a breach of G2.4! The player in question who is clearly at a disadvantage in this situation at knifepoint then decides to get into his car and begin throwing insults in an unhappy and what appears to be a raging attitude.
I have also noted that the player in question did indeed break character later on in the footage.

Due to everything mentioned above & careful consideration, I will be acting on this report with the following today:
