Please (in detail) describe the incident: Pretty much one of our friends was taken into custody so we had the plan on getting a hostage and breaking him out. Upon arrival to the MRPD station 864 recognised the hostage therefore reacting appropriately. We then had struggles with getting the hostage out of the car so we decided to bail on the mission, after losing the cops we let the hostage go and I returned to MRPD. About 20 seconds after this 864 decided to just ram into us with no interaction at all which made it quite a messy scene for everyone involved. Not too sure if this was a rule break or not but just found it to be terrible RP and it completely ruined a situation we had planned out which would've created good RP for everyone involved.

Just to note I did try call him into discord afterwards to try and understand his point of view but due to me being in RP for 30 minutes after the situation I can see if he didn't notice it. (Can provide pictures if needed).

Like I said previously, not too sure if this was a rule break but I just wanted to report it as the whole situation didn't feel right and I don't think anyone involved enjoyed the RP for which came with it. I do apologise if I have wasted your time.

You mention that 864 recognised the hostage. Does that mean 864 was involved in the original hostage taking?
Do you also have a video showing the hostage taking and what happened prior to you getting out of your vehicle?

Hi Mystix,

I do apologies' but I haven't got any more clips about this incident. To answer your first question, no he wasn't. I came to the conclusion that 864 recognised the hostage as when we initially arrived at MRPD I heard him shout "Chris" which was the hostages name. Without a clip I will try and give you a rough idea about the hostage taking and prior getting out the vehicle; as plain as it sounds we was looking for someone to take hostage and the taxi rank came to mind which is where we gathered this particular hostage. Pretty much after this we headed straight down to MRPD, when we arrived the plan was to take the hostage into reception and do an exchange for a prisoner but it all went wrong as we couldn't work out how to get the hostage out the car xD. At this point 864 who was already in the car park at MRPD came over and recognised our hostage due to him screaming for help. At this point I had already decided to bail on the plan and get in a car to drive away but was waiting on my companion to join me, seconds after this is when 864 ran to police to call them over. That's the best description of what I can remember and after this the clip starts.

Alright, thanks for the additional context.

So with the video and further context from yourself I have come to the conclusion that I wouldnt class this as RVDM mainly for the reason that since 864 actually knew the person and seemingly made that known it does make sense for him to try and rescue his friend.

Could it have been done better? Sure however due to the history between himself and the hostage combined with him making it known they know eachother I don't necessarily class this as "random".

We always appreciate that you submit a report if you think that something has been done wrong and someone has potentially broken a rule. You should not see it as wasting our time if even if we dont see it as a rule break.

I would also like to mention that your voice changer seems over the top due to the "echoing" and I'd suggest changing it to something more reasonable. If you wish to use a voice changer to hide your voice for the sake of not getting caught you'r need to use a mask of some sort
