What best describes this incident ?: No Value of life / spam punching???
Please (in detail) describe the incident: prior to the incident the guy was going about looking for me and starting problems for people in my group. i then went and got my strap and zipties in order to take him for a chat. During the incident i followed him and pointed a gun to his head and told him not to move or he will get shot when about to be ziptied he runs up nad spam punches me with dusters stopping me from being able to do anything. During this my gun wouldnt shoot for some reason (A problem i have had in the past where i have had to Put the gun in a storage of some form and pull it back out) he then downs me and spam punches the rest of us stopping them from doing anything. im not sure if spam punching is allowed but during the situation where you have a gun pointed at you it wouldnt really be the best idea to then punch the person who is threting to shoot you.
