What best describes this incident ?: Combat Logging
Please (in detail) describe the incident: 2 people dressed in Orange clothing have been causing issues over at Auto Exotic for the majority of the day. We hunt for the 2 people involved and find them outside of the Sub Urban clothing store on Hardwick.
CC and Jet go over to them and start questioning them and talking to them to distract them while everyone else makes their way over. When I pull up one of the individuals in the Taxi pulls out a weapon and points it at one of us, we call him out on it and they start driving away, I shoot the guy who pointed the gun out of the car, he falls to the ground just outside of Hardwick and when we give up chase on the Taxi to go and collect the downed person, he's gone, we suspected a combat log but wasn't 100% sure as we didn't have it on medal or anything to confirm, so Tom searches the alley ways, bushes and buildings in the immediate area but we cannot locate him. We post up in the area assuming he'll come back so we can continue the situation. After about 5-10 minutes, he appears again on the ground outside of Hardwick PDM, we all go over to collect him and he combat logs again, as seen in clip 2.
