Please (in detail) describe the incident: Attempted to rob a taxi drive at knife point, made very clear threats multiple times with a weapon and was very patient but ID 85 did not value their life. ID 85 ran away repeatedly after being stabbed/run over and would not comply even when unarmed at a clear disadvantage. This is especially apparent towards the end of the video evidence.

Very frustrating as there is quite a high risk associated with this type of robbery, and often taxi drivers would choose to not value life rather than adhere to the rules. Despite this rule break, I would be happy if the player would compensate me for the 40k they would have given if they RP'd the situation to the rules, and promise to respect the rules in future. I was in a continued RP situation after this and was unable to contact the player, so hopefully they see this post.

Hi @Merek, thanks for getting back about this.

I actually had some tension out-of-game and was under the impression some players had a vendetta to get me banned, so I have typed up a transcript (link) of the report evidence so that the staff team has no concerns about a (G2.3)/(G3.1)/(G3.3) violation. To clarify, me and my friend know each other outside GTA, and when there's only two of us in RP we use Discord because it's the platform we used for other games (we want to talk about OOC things to each other, e.g. me making a ban report). We both have radios on the same frequency so that we do not violate any rules, and if making communications that others should hear we use radios. When there are more than two of us, we deafen Discord during roleplay situations.

Alright so after reviewing the footage I feel that ID 85 has broken G2.4. At the beginning of the video he chose to run and take his chances which I have no issue with. However upon reaching the end of the clip he is at a clear disadvantage and should've just surrendered. However, as we spoke on TeamSpeak yesterday, I raised my concerns about using 3rd party communications and after re-watching the clips I feel there has been a breach of G3.3 

ID 85 will receive a 1 day ban for G2.4 

@fenrirCSWill receive a warning for G3.3 (if you use 3rd party you must hot mic when in range of other players)
