Please (in detail) describe the incident: i was on a traffic stop and noticed behind me someone ramming into an NHS scene, i turned on session heads and got his ID.

he has been searched and nothing was found, he has magically taken a pill i believe to be /die.

thats all i got from the rvdm and the pill, maybe @Fireman Sam has some as i see he hits his panic and could identify the irish nhs fella who may have more. thanks

-edit - i have tried to look back and because ive trimmed the clip down it has been deleted from my local storage, the 3-5 mins prior would be useless as i was nowhere near the area and had just responded to a dispatch for a fella with no license ie gunter schmitz, the person in the rat loader, thats when i looked behind me and saw the carnage that unfolds in the clip. Hey @BrodieM thank you for taking the time to report this incident.

Unfortunately from the evidence provided we are not able to any judgment on the matter if a rule was broken or not, as regardless of the previous few minutes, you might think as useless as you weren't near the area that is still the context of we would need to judge unless something is indisputable for cases such as Racism, Homophobia etc we do require 3-5 minutes of unedited footage before the alleged rule break occurs.

As from the first piece of evidence that you have provided while it might look like the person might have just attempted to RVDM the NHS It does also show him driving down the road which also looks like he is also being chased by another player. The 2nd piece of evidence all that shows is the player had simply done /die we do not have any of the prior interactions which might have occurred from when he entered the cells to determine if there was any roleplay reason for this to have occurred.
