Please (in detail) describe the incident: I must say first that Triad's already having history with Jake Woods and whatever he does around doesn't please us at all. Our members have attempted to put a stop on Jake but he refuses and returns time and time again which isn't necessarily a rule break.

On this day I had encountered Jake Woods for the first time. We were at turf and making sure everyone was taxed and when I stumbled upon Jake, I encountered some issues. To start off with, he claimed he didn't need to pay tax for the little amount of bags he had on him. Once he had grabbed ID and showed it to us I tabbed out the game to add him to the database but he proceeds to stab myself and Cammy Santos. Over a 6-7 minute situation and £7,500 tax, I don't believe it was all significant to stab 2 people.
I had spoken to Staff Leads about this but they didn't give me a yes or no but did say it'd be worth putting a report in, thus I am here now.

Today I had reencountered Jake Woods but I had no clue that it was him so I attempted to tax him and of course problems kicked off straight away. Prior to where the clip starts, I had asked him several times in a relaxed tone and he replied by saying he had either not much money on him or losing his bank card (which is fine in a roleplay scenario). The only problem we had would be that he used the ATM (as he did the animation) for whatever reason so he could even be powergaming but claiming he had no access but in his defence he used a "emergency pin" to use the ATM. Eventually, Harvey decided he wanted to take action so he jumped into his vehicle and waited for him to sell again, telling me to stick him up if he does. He doesn't do so but instead jumps into his vehicle and parks in our parking area. We proceeded to even ask him just to leave so that we wouldn't be on bad terms, but yet again he stayed. At roughly 0:04 in Part 2, he said "Who the fuck are Triad's, they can never tax me" which is where I realised this was Jake as he had said something similar in the first situation. I was under the impression he was Zed Ali as he claimed to be but he admitted himself he wasn't Jake, confirming my theory of him being Jake Woods. A few minutes of back and forth, he attempts to "resolve" this with a fair box fight but of course, he pulls out a weapon and whacks Harvey around the head a few times, downing him in the process. This is where I retaliate and start stabbing him, getting 3 successful connections. Unfortunately for me, he jumps into the random's guy Rebla so I couldn't finish him off then tries to run me over and misses. This is where I ram his vehicle to disable it and force him out. Once he gets on foot a little after, I swing for him again and successfully down him. We take Harvey to Sandy Hospital, and I then dump him as seen in Part 3.

Why it is NLR:
In image 1 we can see I am in hospital with Harvey but in image 2, it is only 7 minutes after when I see him again. If you don't believe me, here he is only 10 minutes after he is dumped at Triads, talking to PC Thomas Gabbana and PC Jason Zanetti (same Session ID).

So first off you attempt to powergame me into using YOUR id to show my real name. So I wasn't going to comply with that. also the 'well thats RDM' is abit dodge.

This is not powergaming as It was a lie within rp to give me more time to sell the rest of what I had, if you had me threatened then of course you'd find my bank card and call me a liar and Id be caught out.

The second you guys made me aware you're triads was the second I was going to kill you as your gang has beefed me many times before this incident. But you lot made me want to get you down even more by wanting to tax me so much when it wasn't a issue before when there was just one of you. My character hates triads and will rob any of you on site which was what I wanted to do then you both got lippy so my character dealt with it as best he can when he had the opportunity too.

I noticed you wanted to get a strap to end it all because you've had enough of me, So why when I pull my weapon after having enough and get one of you its a issue. You were going to do the same to me  .

So that should clear the RDM side of things.

As for the NLR It was after the time that I had returned to weasel news building area which was not where I had died. My death was on the carpark and I never entered the carpark or made any interaction with you guys when I did made a return. We had followed the Undercover car from by legion and they decided to pull over at weasel news where you guys then turned up. I didn't come and speak to you people making you stop and interact with me, I stayed silent as OOC I knew it was you guys and didn't want to break a NLR rule as the other guy who survived was talking about the incident to the police. I had no input and had no say within RP, I was just another friend of the man I was with

I am fine and I understand why you hit Harvey, not a problem with that OOC. The RDM was about the 20.02.22 when you stabbed Cammy, nothing relating to the situation today (check subtitles mate).

The reason I classed this as NLR would be that you returned to our turf. Although you didn't enter the carpark, you still returned to the general area of where you died.

wasn't intentional my bro, we tailed the trojan undercover and they went past your turf and ended up pulling over at weasel news. To me I didn't enter my death area within the timeframe or get involved in the incident that got me killed

& if I'm correct the RDM report part is from 5 days ago? If it is, then same again you guys forcing tax on me not letting me walk off after I sold 1-2 bags, I didn't have a option of if you don't want to pay tax then go off. It was you NEED to pay tax or your not leaving situation. So with all the previous in RP sits with triads I wasn't willing to pay and fund your gang, With your hostility and me feeling threatened for me and my girlfriend I made sure she had got away and then I dealt with you guys being forceful upon me as again you guys have taken me hostage before & I didn't want it happening again.

As I have said previously, nothing today was relevant to any RDM accusation, instead it was from the 20.02.22.

1) I'm not your "bro"

2) Quite clearly that is not my issue because either way you aren't following the rule. I believe your intention was to come back to turf and you used the Trojan car as an excuse to return. Even if it wasn't, you still came back and broke the rule.

Mate I'm not petty enough to do that & if I was I'm sure I would have got involved in the conversation everyone was having about the incident. However I was 2/3 streets away from my death point.

But I don't think I need to say anything else until a staff comments

At 0:16 on the YouTube video shows 16:14 from the NVIDIA Capture, this is where Harvey is checking in (relevant information for later). As we skip forward to 0:21 on the video, we see Jake Woods clearly dumped in the water at roughly 19:36. This means that Harvey has already spent 3 minutes in hospital recovering. 

 

At 0:31 we see Harvey getting out of bed at I would say roughly 1:20 on the next NVIDIA Capture. At this point, Harvey has spent 10 minutes in hospital (although it is not seen on record) so Jake was ‘pronounced dead’ roughly 7 minutes ago. Then me and Harvey travel back to turf to return to our normal day.

 

Eventually, at 0:45 on the YouTube video and 7:49 on the NVIDIA Capture, I spot a grey local vehicle which is Jake. At this point, it had only been an extra 6 minutes on top of the initial 7 minutes which totals out to 13 minutes since he respawned.

 

The reason why it is him would be because, in this video ( https://youtu.be/xmqpsaKB1wghttps://youtu.be/xmqpsaKB1wghttps://youtu.be/xmqpsaKB1wg ) it’s clear that the driver is wearing grey clothing with a black helmet. He also tends to roll around in local vehicles he finds, never usually drives his own cars.

 

In this screenshot ( https://i.gyazo.com/e57ba66db1f0c9f9292ccb6dd19b2450.jpg ) it confirms his identity alongside him having the same clothing I just mentioned. Quite clearly, he hasn’t followed NLR because it hasn’t been 15 minutes since he respawned and he returned to the same road he got downed on, thus breaking the rule.

 

I believe he might have involved himself in the conversation that Harvey was having with the random person, that pulled up and got ran over, and the police (not 100% sure).

these videos don't show the exact time, & are split between 2 videos.

Your friend has to wait 10 minutes to get up, and then go back to turf will take another 3 ish minutes I don't understand how I've come back within 15 mins and you're there it doesn't add up.

My death was also in sandy, you downed me on triad carpark

Unfortunately these videos still aren't clear as there is too much jumping around and clipping etc. Yes he has been killed and he may be back on Triad turf however there is no clear timeframe given and by the looks of it ID 82 was interacting with police primarily not the triads
