Please (in detail) describe the incident: first time in mineshafts figuring out what to do, saw repairkits on floor tried to take (since it was my first time there ever i didnt know they dropped it and wanted it back i thought they were discarded), not enough space, made me think maybe i cant mine because not enough space, proceed to get hit and killed when i didnt take anything of theirs and explained this to them.

there was no demand to put my hands up or anything, only to put back what i had taken (which is impossible since i didnt take anything, which i did tell them) and it was definitely not quality roleplay,

i feel like there was powergaming because there was no way out for me, no matter what i did or said they were set on killing me even though i hadnt done anything

Hi I am the player in this report. 

Before I make any points defending my action the video is edited to make it look like my other gang member hits him out of no where when he had hit her first and that why I shot him, he has also edited out the part where he said he was going to  report me to admins in game. I have reached out to other player as my shadow play likes to randomly not work. And he did not try to resolve this with me I saw no mention of being called to TS.

On to defending my characters actions:

I honestly thought I had more in my box and so I assumed I was missing some, so that is my mistake but he clearly did try to steal some.

In the video you can see his there to steal he doesn't engage in any RP with the players he just takes their repair kits, in the server it gets pretty easy to tell when someone's checking your stuff. If his a new player he could have simply asked if it was ok to take the repair kits. I don't believe I RDM him because it wasn't random he entered the situation and tried to steal from 2 different gangs and then attacked a gang member while a gun was pointed at his head. Getting shot seems like a likely scenario.

I believe he had tabbed out while having a gun to his head, he clearly did not value his life. 

I don't know if this counts for anything but his has a report up against him for poor RP.

 it was my first time ever there, i didnt know people discard stuff. you can see by the video i didnt even look down to know if there was a box, i was trying to mine on the wall how i would on other servers i couldnt figure it out

didnt try to steal anything as said before, did not attack anyone, tabbed out to save video clip

also if this is not against the rules, whats to stop anyone from accusing someone from stealing for no reason and then killing them for minimal reason?

everyone might aswell go round doing what she did

and lastly i dont mind if i get banned for breaking the rules, its fair. but i would also expect this person to be banned because they also broke rules

treating new players by falsely accusing them and then murdering for minimal reason is a really shitty thing to do

1. lie, nobody reached out to me 

2. im new i dont even know what ts is, nobody has ever explained what it is, i was only told to clip and post on forum which i did

If your not sure how to do something most new characters will ask questions or you can find most the info you need in F5. You know how to use the ooc chat. 

It very much came across in that situation you were trying to steal you can hear other characters comment that they thought the same. If you had dropped everything in you inventory I would have seen that I'd made a mistake. Killing someone for trying to steal from you I believe is a justified reason.

Tabbing out during RP that someone has a gun to your head comes across as a really bad idea and not a good excuse. My character saw you hit her gang member and reacted as such. 

I didn't mean I reached out to you but the other players who were there.

Hello there and thank you for submitting a player report.

So let's get right into this one then.

Funny enough, I was in the mines myself when this incident occurred so I know all about it as I was literally present there.

So first of all, you have to realize what you have done to possibly provoke this violence.

Think about it for a second, you walk up to a member of a turf gang who has no idea who you are in a mine without saying anything whatsoever and proceeds to stand on top of their box and open it up.

The first logical impression that she has and rightfully so, is that you are trying to steal her stuff that was present in the box.

You did not steal her stuff at the end of the day, but if you think about it within roleplay how is she meant to know that when you even barely talk to her / engage in any RP whatsoever?

I bet if you would have actually tried to roleplay it out and explain that you did in fact not steal anything whatsoever and that everything was still in the box, you would have been fine and not been shot.

Also not to mention the fact that you have a gun pointed to your head for almost two minutes not saying anything at all to her either and not trying to roleplay your way out of the situation that seemed like one big misunderstanding.

I also know for a fact that the video that you have provided above is not the original uncut video, this one has been edited.
