I believe this is a mix of RDM and most definitely poor Role-play, i was standing in Athira in a garden after hearing shots and i see this man getting robbed then a UMNC rebel comes along something happens which ends up in the UNMC Rebel killing the muggers, during this time i heard nothing in direct comms i was too far away and hid in cover to avoid any encounters with the UNMC member , then he starts running to my left and i thing nothing of it until he walks into the building behind me and shoots me i have no idea why he killed me this is RDM and if not then 100% poor role-play. He also said in team-speak that if he is in a gunfight then he will kill anyone in the area with a gun out , well the "gunfight which i didn't even see half of was over and secondly you can see a hobo with a pistol pointing directly out next to the UNMC member but instead comes and kills me also the video proves i didn't hear comms which the staff in ts insisted i was close enough to hear comms?

I'm gonna say my point of view and leave it there. I went over to the guy that was robbing said what's going on here and instantly got shot and not one word was said from the other guy but that was resolved. I saw another armed rebel by the wall that he was at so I take cover from him (which you see at the start of the video) then push round and see an armed rebel with a gun out so I shot him as its and active gunfight and he had a weapon out and set up behind a wall. I'll leave this to the admins to decide but from my pov its not rdm or poor rp. 

EDIT : Also nobody insisted that you heard the conversation (there wasn't much to hear but) we were saying that you were in the area of the active gunfight.

It clearly wasn't an active gunfight. The gunfight ended when you killed them. And actually "Yak" did in-fact say that i was in range of direct comms to hear the conversation so i don't know why you are trying to hide that.

Well, It wasn't as I was still in the area of where I killed him and if he had friends they have every right to shoot me so I'm not taking any risks of rebels with guns behind walls.

I'm sure the admins understand the definition of what a gunfight is and they understand that a gunfight is no longer a gunfight if no guns are being fired . And "taking risks" doesn't allow you to RDM or lower any standards of roleplay.

Not sure how long you have been here but I'm fairly sure every admin can agree with me here I killed the guy and around a minute later I killed you so it was still active gunfight. If you are gonna disagree with me saying a minute upload a longer video.

Who said anything about how long the video was? I'm saying the gunfight was clearly over and also i quote " if he had friends they have every right to shoot me" exactly i would have shot you if i knew them but it was clear i was avoiding the situation you took a "risk" and is debatable in terms of RP.

You are in a area where a active firefight was was taking place, the reason it was still active was because temper didn't know how many people were in the area. You were there with a gun in your hands so I would of shot you as I would of deemed you involved.
