Please (in detail) describe the incident: whilst engaging in some RP with the two individuals in the local gallivanter, one of the individuals stated that we were racist, i stated in character as a black man that i disagree, unsure which of the two made the comment but one individual in the vehicle then said "racist monkey" before driving off

The player here clearly tried to insult you by changing up his statement after your counter-comment about being black.
