Please (in detail) describe the incident: The guy drove into my friend while he was parked outside the clothing store, when being confronted about it he was aggressive from the start and didn't react any differently when I pulled a gun on him after he began punching my friend. Due to him punching my friend, I pulled out my gun and as the clip shows with a gun to his head he shows no signs of valuing his life. He continues to punch me while I have a gun leading to me killing him. Pretty clear NVL.
