Please (in detail) describe the incident: Video covers the incident. Headed to Tyre nutz to get a respray, found a guy giving grief to one of the employee's. Told the guy to leave, situation escalated into the guy getting incapacitated, at which point he began to break character by shouting "you vdm, you vdm, you vdm" and threaten with reporting and getting banned. got the guys id and left. later collected a different prospect and dumped the guy.
