Please (in detail) describe the incident: I pulled over this individual for not wearing a helmet and escorted him to the nearest clothing store to get one. He then comes out of the store and sticks his middle finger up at me, to which I warn him that he's liable to get nicked for public order if he continues. I elect to get out of my vehicle and speak to him on foot. I keep telling him not to swear at me or he's liable to get himself nicked, to which he just pulls out a knife and slashes my throat. I don't think this constitutes any form of quality roleplay prior to being stabbed. I have not tried to resolve this with the player because, in my opinion, it shows no intention to roleplay in the slightest. The RP you provided to justify killing me was beyond poor. It is on this basis the report is for RDM.

After reviewing the footage from both sides I can say this is not RDM, @Dave Westwoodyou make multiple threats to arrest this criminal for public order act where he is very obviously irritated by yourself already, through his words (insulting you and saying "try me") and also his actions (giving you the middle finger). You then exit your vehicle and begin a short conversation with him where he obviously has good reason to believe you're going to arrest him at that point. However @Dave Westwoodthis could have been better on your behalf, speak more, make a more interesting scenario, argue with him a little more. You could have done more here to make it a more enjoyable experience for both sides. Please keep this in mind for future scenarios
