Please (in detail) describe the incident: My friend was getting robbed by someone who got in his taxi, then I proceed to hands the guy to rob him instead but he clearly stalls by NVL'ing/Metagame and then his friend shows up and try's running us over.

I've had a look into the evidence provided and matched it up by looking into the logs.
There is a clear breach of rule G2.4 in this, unfortunately the evidence you have provided is not long enough for me to action any meta gaming claims as it doesn't give me enough context to look into it.
