What best describes this incident ?: i woke up and got vdmed and had my shit stolen

Please (in detail) describe the incident: i just woke up in game, i spawn under the map, teleport in the desert, i get a bike back to the city put my drugs in the back to sell, i had 41 bags in there and this guy comes out of no where and runs me down in a vapid bullet, knocks me off my bike and kills me, steals the bike and drugs with it. And the guy just rode straight off before i could say anything. I dont have any evidence as i just woke up in game and was only gonna be on for 30 mins.
