(G3.3) Hot Mic - While external communications are discouraged, if used, you must hot-mic all communications that have been made over any external methods or phone conversation when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via any external methods or phone conversation and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you, you are restrained or your hands are up), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear.

Whilst i see your point here in this report the rule says if external methods are used they must be hotmiced. I think this player ID 774 Monty Gee has done this by accident in this instance but the fact you could hear him say that meant that your roleplay could follow that. You could have gone down the route "Ooh you want to call help" then rob him or something. Basically, you can act based on that. So for that rule he is clear.

However, what he is doing is breaking the staying in character rule. I dont think anyone goes through life and says "come watch my stream i dont want to die with this stuff on me" i do believe that he has done this by accident, but even still. He either breaks Hot mic rule or in character rule. Same result which will be a 1 day ban for G2.3.
