Please (in detail) describe the incident: Firstly I would like to thank whichever staff member chooses to work on this report for their time and due diligence and to any member of the community who takes time to respond to this report. I would also like to say I was debating whether to put this report up , and after speaking to staff I have come to the conclusion that the result of this report regardless of the result could provide valuable education around the RDM rule.

Grove had been fighting cutlass for most of the night (since 10pm). We had taken a few cutlass dogey and this is when we got a com that there was a incident taking place and pharmacy and I rushed to assist my fellow member this is where I spotted a downed grove member and i chose to take him pillbox as I too was heavily bleeding so i thought we could heal together. As I took out and grabbed the body at lower pillbox 762 emerged from a bush and shot me.

I was a bit confused so I called 762 to QE and we had a good discussion and I asked him if he had been a part of the gunfight at the pharmacy and he said no but he had heard comms over radio and not been in the gunfight at pharmacy. In my opinion this means that the situation at pillbox is different to the one in pharmacy and therefore the lack of interaction is RDM

As I have said I hope this report brings valuable clarification and I have attempted to keep it as simple as possible (if it is a bit all over the place my apologies)

Thank you for bringing this report to my attention @Kyle Kamara ,

I don’t believe I’ve broken the RDM rule in this scenario. While the location may have changed, the situation was still active, and just because you went to Pillbox to help your gang member doesn’t mean the fight had ended. As you can hear in Aaron’s clip, the gunfight was still ongoing near Pillbox, with people searching for the Cutlass member’s whereabouts. On top of that, Aaron’s friend on his shoulders was fully aware that something was coming, even calling out my position.

There was nothing “random” about this kill, I simply played it smart and outplayed the Grove member with strategy. I’m not sure why this report is even put up when we already came to an understanding in QE.

I would like to highlight like I did in QE last night that it wouldn't have been an issue if you had in fact been part of the shoot out at pharmacy which would have justified you shooting me but you chose to shoot me without any interaction whilst not being a part of the initial fire fight. As for grove members being close to pillbox this clearly was not the case as other than me all the members were still looking for the shooters at the pharmacy. You also say the grove member saw you in the bush. I would like to say this does not by any means excuse your actions (it's like saying person A spotted person B in a car before person B vdmed person A ; it's just stupid and not an excuse).

Whether I was directly shooting in the pharmacy fight has no relevance to whether I was involved in the situation. I was given callouts over the radio, making me part of it. I scoped out the area, and took my opportunity when i saw a grove member.
This kill wasn’t random it was tied to the RP that started at the pharmacy fight only 2 minutes before.

Well Dave mate in my humble opinion just being given call-outs over radio doesn’t permit you to shoot any gang member anywhere (it’s like saying my gang was fighting gangs B i wasn’t involved in shooting but I heard radio so I shot gang B members in paleto). Regardless of what I think I’m not gonna sit here and argue with you as I doubt I would be able to change your mind nor do I need to. I’ll leave it to staff.
