Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was pursuing a white Corvette with a hostage inside screaming for help along with Stuart Barker for around 5 minutes from up north near Route 68, I followed the car down to the pill box lower where it then looped back heading up north. I was in a personal bike so I could not attempt to pull the corvette over I was just observing to see where he dumped the hostage upon looping back up north I ran out of fuel just north of the casino. Upon dismounting from my bike "755" pulls up in front of me and starts shooting me with a sawn-off shotgun with no words said.

@Fred Hoe

Do you have anymore footage? As we require 3-5 minutes worth of footage before the initial rule break occurs..

Hello @Fred Hoe

As I can see there isn't any other footage regarding the supposed RDM claim. We will move onto the footage itself and the rule break from yourself. Even though, you may feel that you've fell short of a rule break. Please roleplay your injuries next time. Two wrongs don't make a right. With that being said, the following will be handed out.

Action: Warning

CharID: 25902

Rule: G4.4

Your report has been dealt with, but perhaps not in the way you originally envisaged.

Whether this is beneficial or disadvantageous to you will depend entirely on the situation, and staff will have taken the most-appropriate action in the circumstances.
