Please (in detail) describe the incident: My friend [Azz] was having head issues and two cops came over and started talking about his driving which kept leading downhill causing the officers to try and search him i go inside to the store to buy zip-ties as we were planning on taking them when im in the store all i heard was tazer trained officer and was aiming a tazer at him which in my opinion was unjustified so i tackle the two officers for my friend to get away when i got back up i held a knife to the officer telling him to put his hands up i know the other officer would be no issue due to the fact my other friend [Tommy] had already started punching him then the officer i had held a knife to failed to value his life ran when he got up then turns around and starts shooting.

Afternoon,

Its my Police Character you have reported, I don't see where you think I NVL, you pulled out a knife on a police officer who had his firearm drawn with his colleague a short distance away. I would say attacking and then pulling out a knife on a armed police office would NVL it self when the only out come you would be shot.

"My friend [Azz] was having head issues" - He wasn't having head issues he was smashing into your car right next to a on going police scene, when we approached to find out what was going on, the reply was "it doesn't matter its my friends car" 

Too add when you was down on the ground you broke character and also trying to hint about a rulebreak asking me "was I close to you in your eyes" and "was I next to you in your eyes"

i purely do it as a force of habit i didn't purposely do it for the guy in the white car, if it does seem that way i do apologize but i was just trying to make sure i grabbed the officers at the time as sometimes i do forget to grab the session id.

To add on to this at the time i had a knife pulled on you the other officer was clearly dealing with another person as seen in the footage so i cant seem to see how thats not me valuing my life when i had a knife put to you.

The only reason i said this is because if you look at the part of the clip when you shot me you can clearly see in my eyes you weren't even looking at me hence the reason i said was i close to you in you're eyes i didn't mention anything to you about a rule break just the simple fact of you weren't looking in my direction when you shot.

After reviewing the report I have deemed this is not NVL, the person you are attempting to hold up already has a gun in his hand at the time you try to hands him up, gun outranks knife.

I would also like to bring to your attention that "hands up, hands up" is not quality roleplay is it? Next time attempt to make it more interesting with your words for example "hands up dont move a muscle or this knife is going into your neck".. something along those lines. Lets do better for next time eh?

Also @Keharibe careful in future with your use of session heads, misusing session heads can lead to a ban in itself.
