Please (in detail) describe the incident: So we was out driving around the city kind of robbing people depending what they had we left everything on them and gave them stuff back also kind of teaching people that wasn't valuing their life that they shouldn't do that in them situations so they can stay and enjoy the city and give them a helping hand in that sense, then we turn up to ID75 which as you can see in the clip that we kind of box him in a little then ask him get out of the car with a machine pistol a micro uzi and a tac smg pointed at him and he nvls by backing up and shoots me, he clearly knew he would smash his own window by shooting me anyway which as you see he dies very quickly when he shot me.

Also when he gets shot out his vehicle he gets taken out of the vehicle and we nudged the car off his body and soon as that happens he immediately puts in looc that we are breaking rules saying we are exploiting which we wasn't.

We did liaise and he said he couldn't see nothing wrong with what he just done whilst staff was present in the call (Isak) and said his leaving the call
report him after we was trying to resort it there so was a bad liaise if you ask me so here we are.

You're reporting me for aiming to guns at me while I am in a champion now we all know the champion can withstand bullets to the front, in QE you claimed there was 3 guns aimed at me however there was 2. My view is 2:1 plus the fact I have bullet resistant windows.

Also when he gets shot out his vehicle he gets taken out of the vehicle and we nudged the car off his body and soon as that happens he immediately puts in looc that we are breaking rules saying we are exploiting which we wasn't.

I did this due to the fact that I've seen it many times before when people get banned or warned for using cars as a way to move bodies, when your friend pulled me out of the car he did not perform /carry or anything he decided to ram the car straight up of which launched me to the other side of the parking lot.

I left liaison due to the fact that the members who were involved were getting disrespectful towards myself, I am not going to sit in a call with people who are not respectful.

thing is there was 3 guns the car in the middle had a micro uzi and your acting like a micro uzi, machine pistol and a tac smg isn't just going to rinse the window I would understand if it was a standard pistol or something but they wasn't your car doesn't take that much smg ammo to break especially when there is 3 of them.

I did this due to the fact that I've seen it many times before when people get banned or warned for using cars as a way to move bodies, when your friend pulled me out of the car he did not perform /carry or anything he decided to ram the car straight up of which launched me to the other side of the parking lot.

all he did was move the car off the body so it was out the way it wasn't even used like that as you see in the clip and as for the /carry you don't have to carry like that as there is the option to take out the vehicle then move the vehicle to place you into the next vehicle etc etc, my pov I don't see you go into the air it looks like you vanished so it wasn't even intended like that.

no one got disrespectful until you was basically trying to act like the champion is a tank that can take a copious amounts of smg ammo

also sorry to add but you clearly see 3 guns get pointed at you in your pov you see me pull the machine pistol the micro uzi gets pulled infront of you and a tac smg pointed at you from your right and thats all in your pov

You saw the opportunity I had when I reversed I noticed you guys didn't react therefore I did.

I Think there is a fair bit of clutching at straws here from both sides.

Whilst i appreciate your robin hood(esk) story about robbing then giving back. This just looks like any default robbery which is fine, but you also cannot pull the roleplay card when what you have provided does not really show any quality roleplay. Its the kind of roleplay thats the bare minimum to not get yourself in trouble. THEN sitting in a car throughout the whole thing (except 1 fella) is also shit.

He is in a car, i believe he could have got away there being in that car and having his own gun. If he just gunned it im sure you wouldnt have been able to do anything. However, would i deem this situation a outright obvious loss to him.

No, i wouldnt. Its not a clear cut loss here so whilst what he did was silly, what you also did was not something you could call quality roleplay. This is default level robbery RP.

To address the exploit, again thats the stretch from your side. I dont think anyone could predict you would be sent to the moon and back.

I will be taking no action on this.
