Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was parked up on the side minding my own business for a little bit and this guy randomly comes up to me and just starts ramming my car for no reason at all and doesn't even say anything. About 15 minutes before this I was in clothing store and the same guy ran in and started hitting me with a golf club without saying anything and after he hit me twice he said " this is a robbery put your hands up" while I was still in the clothing menu.
