What best describes this incident: Combat logging & possible rvdm
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was outside pillbox fixing the camera with some pedestrians dancing in front of the car when 744 came speeding past, hitting one of the pedestrians, and continuing towards AE at high speeds. We took chase and he swiftly came to a stop at the junction before AE. We detained him and took him back to pillbox to see if the pedestrian that got ran over wanted to press charges (he did). We arrested him and took him to MRPD and carried on with the fingerprints/custody etc. While I was writing the report on the PNC, my colleague asked where the PIC went, to which I then noticed that he was no longer in the cell. We waited a while n he didn't return. We also came back to MRPD a lot over the following hour (ish) and frequently checked the cell but he still didn't return.

Looking at the evidence, I can't say with 100% certainty that the person did RVDM, although looking at the case of Combat Logging, I can see from the evidence that you've provided that the player in question did indeed combat log.
