Please (in detail) describe the incident: me and my friend saw this guy in a taxi who run a red light we then imitated police to get him to pull over he then said he would park up and tried to make off we chased him where he flipped his car and we were gunna rob him then drop him off at the station, unfortunately in response to me saying 'give us all your money' he replies with 'no can do your gunna have to put that knife through my heart' and then proceeds to not follow demands by dropping 1 cash and after i down him he says 'i was trying to' even after being told several times. clear NVL

Unfortunately i dont have longer footage at the time i had my medal set to 2 mins as i never reported before, and also dont have premium to upload it, i thought it was a blatant rule break so my apologies brother.

 
Would like to see more context as the video starts in the middle of the situation, Not saying you are but I don't know if you are just wanting to show me the part that makes this player look bad which is why I would need to understand what happens in full.

Due to the evidence supplied within the report, I cannot take any action against the player being reported as the evidence is lacking.

For future reference I recommend you finding a way of making your recording longer or find a different software to record on. Personally I use shadowplay.
