Please (in detail) describe the incident: guy runs up to me in pillbox and starts spam punching me didn't say anything as i was helping a patient in a bed
second time after the first time a gang dumps him in the sea he comes back and runs over stabs me without saying anything again after he stabs me asking if i remember him so i hit him with a axe

As per our Report a Player Guidelines, we do require 3-5 minutes worth of footage before the initial rulebreak occurs. However, in this specific case due to another active report for RDM on this player 30 minutes after he attempted to RDM you, I have accepted the other and will be accepting this.
