Please (in detail) describe the incident: after a fight involving cutlass and rose bank near sandy 2 members of cutlass where downed and one rosebank member as a result one member of cutlass and the rosebank member was already taken away at the start of this clip and one cutlass member was left on the floor, me and shay where moving 724 into the car when I was called a transphobic slur, despite this i still offered to take him to hospital and I remained nice to him where 724 decided it would be fine to call me it again outside sandy hospital at this point I was fed up and after 5 more minuets he "apologised" to me in game however considering he thought it was ok to say to me 2 times with multiple people around makes this apology seem quite fake to me

I apologise, I didn’t know transvestite was a derogatory term I apologise afterwards just in case you thought I meant it maliciously i wish you could have took me to discord and educated me on the issue

I find it quite difficult to believe how you wouldn't know what the slur means, furthermore why would you say a word to someone which you are unaware of not only once but twice! Unfortunately it is still offensive and is a transphobic remark.

If I took this to discord it would be a back in fourth and is a clear rule break so I came straight here. I am aware of the guidance on resolving potential rule breaks over discord/TS however in this instance I went right to the forums as it is quite clear from the videos you indeed knew what it meant and if you where unsure of what it meant why would you continue to say it after the way we both reacted after you said it, if you said it once I would maybe understand your claim of ignorance however you said it 2 times Infront of multiple people.

I intend to keep this up for the staff to decide the outcome as this is just becoming more and more common in this city and needs to be stopped.

Hello, I will be dealing with this and have also reached a decision. 

@Tilly MichaelI understand that you may have been offended by the use of this word, however, it seems to me like @Paul McLovinmay not have known that the word was considered extremely rude. With that being said though, Transvestite is maybe considered rude to some people, but others may not know what it really means. 

So 2 things will come from this, I will be Denying this report. Secondly a message to both of you:

@Tilly MichaelI understand you got offended, however for next time if something like this should occur, calling them to liaison can clear some things up. I would advise to do that. Also, I would ask that person to not say that again as you would feel offended. If they decide to continue then by all means you may report them. 

@Paul McLovinI would suggest that you look up words and their definitions if you don't exactly know what they mean. This can help prevent situations like this
