Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hello,
I would just like to make this report quick and straight to the point. We were dealing with an officer at PD who was helping us regarding some warrants ect. This man and his friends had started attacking our vehicles and attempting to run us over ect ect. I decided to take the person in the pig mask and hide in a location where 723 then shows up around 5 minutes later claiming to be there by following us- which is whatever.

To keep things short we stab him and this is where he begins becoming somewhat sexist, fail rp-ing and just generally being a bit scummy. We waited around to make sure he would die within rp and he later combat logs, I would assume to save his timer so that it wouldn't end or the other person could return to collect him as he mentions.

We waited for him to return for around 5 minutes, but did not come back or notify us when/if he did.
I will not be looking to resolve this within discord or team speak.

This is a pretty straight forward report so I will go ahead and deal with it right now, from the evidence you've provided it's clear that 723 is not here to roleplay, he is breaking character saying, "stop with the rp bullshit", implying that he will return and come for the triads even though he is most likely going to have to respawn and follow NLR, not acting out his injuries and to top it all off he combat logs.
