What best describes this incident ?: C2.2 / C2.5 and RVDM
Please (in detail) describe the incident: This incident relates to 709 believed to be Sadeek Mohammed. Whilst playing as my cop character I attended an incident where there was a helicopter in the road next to MRPS. Whilst on scene a vehicle has come and ran a couple of the firearms officers down and has failed to stop. I have caught up with 709 and subsequently arrested him. 709 has then been transported back to MRPS where I believe he was teleporting out of the cell. I shrugged this off a couple of times thinking it was nothing. I have told him to jump due to having a spider on his foot multiple times and he hasn't. I hold my hands up I was getting frustrated and to somewhat believe myself I have placed 709 into the cell with the door shut. 709 walks towards the cell where visibly he is walking into the cell bars. However, he always got out of the cell ending up behind me. Subsequently I have asked for an admin a couple of times with no luck. I have questioned 709 about his behaviour and I have asked him to send me BWV from his prospective on where he has stated that he doesn't have discord. Regardless he didn't provide anything. 709 said that he rubs himself in coco butter everyday and he slides between the bars. I stated that, that was impossible. My main concern was raised where he said, "WELL I'VE DEVELOPED SOMETHING AND YOUR GOING TO GET A LOT MORE PEOPLE LIKE THIS BECAUSE MY INVETION IS GOING TO SKY ROCKET. THE STOCKS MARKET ARE GOING TO GO CRAZY". At this point I have sent 709 to prison.
