Please (in detail) describe the incident: After obtaining some firearms, jenson and his friend wanted to experience and armed highway robbery, We followed this taxi after clocking him nearer to the city and decided he would be an ideal victim. Upon catching up with his vehicle and having a few bumps, We both exited our vehicles guns raised ready to shoot, Upon clearly instructing the individual to place his hands up and step out of the vehicle.. 706 decided it appropriate to radio to his friend/friends that he was being robbed.. As my self and my friend had no idea how close his back up could be i decided to shoot him him there and then.. The robbery had failed and he was not willing to listening to demands.. Upon me saying im going to take his shit he then hits me with a load of verbal abuse and failed to RP His injuries. I attempted to call the individual to discord but he failed to respond.

Thank you for taking time to submit this report,

Upon review of the evidence provided and some consideration, I can confirm that ID 706 at the time, does indeed not value his life whilst having a gun aimed at him - and proceed to ignore your demands, to explain what's happening to him over the radio, of which he could  have done during the time prior to his vehicle being broken down and coming to a stop, (G2.4).
Not only that, after he has been shot multiple times - he does not role play his injuries at all as he proceeds to shout insults, (G4.4).
Therefor, the action is as follows;
