What best describes this incident ?: Horrible RP leading to getting downed

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Guy steals my car when im downed, i find him and managed to disable the car that he stole, i ask him in an angry tone, what the fck you doing and then demand for him to get out. He gets out the car and starts to attack me with out saying anything, calls me a dumb bitch, then i ask him what do you mean? why did you punch me for?
asks me if i got a problem then i reply, Yes why did you attack me - leading to him start punching me up again (i still have not punched or swung for him)
I ask him, what is his problem - He then proceeds to take a baseball bat out and swings at me with out saying anything
then hits me twice more with the bat leading to me getting downed saying keep talking to me.

Thank you for the report, I am however trying to understand your actions here.

Your car is stolen and when you find it you unlock it (rather than call the police) and allow 3 masked players to get out of it. In doing so you ask them what they are doing, whilst they are been hostile towards you.

The players then decide to give you a kicking, you then follow the same players who have attacked you asking why they have punched you. I am not sure what you expected would happen here. After a second time you keep approaching them and a bat is pulled out and you are downed.

You had several opportunities to get away from them, call your friend or the police but you decided to keep following them, again I am not sure what you expected to happen.

Due to the above I am going to deny the above report.
