Please (in detail) describe the incident: He stole my van bour 20 mins earlier me and 2 people cornerd him and told him not to move then he just bucked it out and we chased and he spamed brass nuckles on all three of us then proceeded to sing for 35minutes which i tabbed out bc cba lisnin to that on stream

Good evening @HAZEPLUTO, thank you for making this report.

I've had a look into the evidence provided, I will be declining this player report today and here is why:

At no point throughout this situation was the reported player at a clear disadvantage, yes I agree that he was being chased but at no point did any of you get into close contact with him therefore he continued running for his life.
None of you had a chance to completely surround him, hold a knife to him, point a gun at him etc. He kept a good distance and decided to fairly take on a 2v1 once he got safely onto the rooftop and he happened to win that fight fairly. 

I do not believe any rule breaks have taken place in this scenario, therefore as mentioned above this report will be declined.
