Please (in detail) describe the incident: I pull up to the car that ID 69 was in and drew my sawn off shotgun and gave him the demands "Out the car" and "Put your hands up" whenever he gets out the car he proceeds to roll with his pistol and headshot me.

Good afternoon,

I thought we had a decent chat in discord but I understand if you wanted to try take it further.

At the time I had just returned from a heated police chase; it was the reason why I was changing cars in the clip.

I don't think it was NVL and I took on a fair 1V1. Not to mention the fact that I had a few of my boys nearby to support me. I de-camped my vehicle and was naturally behind cover, I then took a risk and shot you, completely fair and reasonable.

Now that I am seeing you clip I believe you were meta-gaming in a voice call, that can be heard in the clip provided by you. I'm not bothered by it but I feel like it needs to be brought up as it was apparent to me in the liaison and assumed we were acting in good faith throughout. I would also like to bring up the pattern of behaviour involving you meta gaming; I had a look through your clips on medal and in [THIS] clip it shows you clearly meta gaming. You were talking and gaining information in that clip through third party means and I think the same has happened in the clip you provided today.

At the end of the day I didn't screw you over, I took a fair and reasonable chance. I had a gun, I had cover and it was a 1v1. You took a risk by attempting to hold someone up on your own and you paid the price, that's just how it goes sometimes.

The Other player im not sure if he has a Forum Account but in that clip we wasn't metagaming, yes he did say shoot him but thats more of the obvious, and the only reason i knew 69 was robbing people was due to the fact with the phone call

Alright let's get to it, 

(G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.

From the evidence you have provided it does not show that the other vehicle had people in them who were armed. it only shows you as a threat and the accused player had clear cover on the driver's side. Again he may be outnumbered however those players in the vehicle are posing no "clear" threat as far as the video shows there's no clear disadvantage from what I can see. 

A small bit of advice, when rolling up on random people you might want to be more organised as they could be armed take the time to prepare an ambush instead of hoping for the best. In this instance, the other party was better prepared.
