Please (in detail) describe the incident: Vagos member was held at gunpoint, proceded to reverse away, not following orders and getting himself shot when he was clearly outnumbered and in a position where his chances of survival were extremely low. He then called out "I'm dead" on his radio, which in itself is a bit FailRP. He was then taken to the ocean and dumped, a few minutes later another Vagos member shows up out of the blue, stopping right near where his friend was dumped, which was extremely suspicious and seems to me to be a result of metagaming.

As you can see from the clip I started reversing almost milliseconds apart from when the gun was drawn. As I’d already made the decision to leave the situation before any commands were given and was looking behind at the time to reverse. Get out of the car wasn’t really a command I could take as threatening as I didn’t see a gun at the time of hearing it.
regarding the kamacho I’d already radioed in my position before pulling up at legion and named a few people in the car. We had someone driving down the pier and the other side of the beach at the time looking for the car and as you approached you can clearly hear him radio that he had found you and you were on him. At no point did he pull up or get out as if to know my position and instead was turning around just as you approached.
EDIT - I’d also question why I wasn’t requested in TS to discuss this as I had done earlier in the night with you to question your multiple rule breaks.
Thank you for your report. In this situation I can understand the concerns/frustration around meta gaming, however, I believe in this situation you are expecting the worst of people. I'm not a massive fan of players injuring people and then instantly chucking their body into a car and taking them to the pier as its very common and boring, not to mention not always a smart thing to do in roleplay in certain situations because its so common and expected, its the first place players go to look (especially for large turf gangs). I would be more inclined to believe it was meta gaming if the car had of B lined for him/more cars showed up in the same area (Right hand side of the pier).
In regards to value of life, I believe in this instance the Vagos member had a role to play in not valuing their life. Looking at the video for this millisecond you speak about and I cant find it. Its very clear that the man took out his gun, you noticed it and tried to get gone as soon as he drew it and start spouting commands (The way the players head turns in the car gives you an indication as to when you start to reverse). If the roles were reversed you would be claiming the same thing. You approached 4 men, 3 of whom are ominously standing around your car. I know I would 100% expect some sort of confrontation. This is not the first time you've been pulled up on valuing your life. If you put yourself in a disadvantageous position and things go south, you need to be willing to follow the roleplay and judging by your response of "I'm dead", doesn't sound like you were.
A ban will be placed (G2.4) Value of Life for this reason. Need players to start acting like this is a character roleplay server. Start acting like turf gangs. Go watch movies, research, anything to go get inspiration. The mentality of expecting the bare minimum form people and the expectation of breaking server rules is a sad thing to see. Needs to change.
