Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was talking to a fella at pillbox, he decided to mock the way I speak, I put in LOOC asking if he not mock the way I speak, then immediately after he decides to further mock me I assume. and then the other person 812 decides to join in aswell, I assume he also saw the message in LOOC and he proceeded to do it anyway

680 has already been banned for several counts of C2.3
812 does speak once, but considering you do not speak to them there's no way to know why/what they're doing and are likely copying their mate for a laugh. I wouldn't consider them relevant to this report.

You never told them in-game not to mock your speech, and there's no way to be sure 680 seen your LOOC messages considering you never @'ed them in LOOC. You also went out of your way to seek them but never spoke to them. It would be remiss of me if I didn't remind you that you are not your character and your character isn't you, he's mocking your character, not you. If they broke character and began mocking your speech, I would see how they're mocking your speech (not your characters).

However, considering they're already banned I will add this report to their ban notes so they can be questioned on it in their unban appeal if the reviewing staff member deems it worthy, however, this doesn't mean they're guilty.
